How do I apply my labels?
All orders are supplied with a full set of instructions.
Will our waterproof labels work in the dishwasher?
Yes, our waterproof labels will stay stuck to most containers in the dishwasher. We recommend following these steps to help them work correctly
Step 1: Always clean the surface of the place where you want to stick the label to. (Any dirt, oil or grease may prevent the label from bonding properly).
Step 2: Stick your labels to smooth surfaces that are clean and dry (free of oil, grease or dirt). Allow up to 24 hours before placing the container with the label into the dishwasher or steriliser.
Surface Notes: Some Tupperware plastics or plastics with bumps, ridges or frosted surfaces may not be compatible especially if you need them to be cleaned in your dishwasher. Although frosted surfaces can appear smooth, they actually have lots of little bumps that allow air and water to get under the label and may peel off.
Can I have Chinese/Arabic Characters/Others Characters on my Labels?
Yes you can. We can print whatever you tell us to where it is legally permissible and physically possible.
We recommend a maximum of 15 letters across the tags or labels. The more characters you use, the smaller the letter will be in order to fit in the available space.
Can I split a pack into two names?
Unfortunately not, for most of our labels our production process only allows one name per pack except for these labels that allow max 2 names per set :-

I want labels for my child’s pencils. Which will fit?
Skinny Name Labels are ideal for pens and pencils. For older children and adults why not consider Skinny (Without Icon) Labels.
Are the labels on the website the actual size?
Not necessarily, the size you will see will depend on your screen size and resolution settings. Check the product description for the actual label size.
How do I apply Iron-On Clothing Labels?
Step 1 : Put the Iron-On Clothing Labels on the garment.
Step 2 : Use iron with NO STEAM. Empty all water out of your iron to ensure that they will adhere correctly. Wait for the iron to get hot then iron on the sticker for 35 seconds.
Step 3 : Wait for the garment to cool down, the stickers will stick firmly on the garment.
My Iron On Clothing Labels are coming off, what is happening?
Be sure to follow our recommended steps. Please refer to our iron-on instructions.
Can Iron On Clothing Labels be used in my washing machine and tumble dryer?
Yes, as long as you’ve applied them correctly, they’re so durable that they’ll probably outlast the clothing itself. We recommend that you wait for at least 24 hours before putting the item into the washing machine or tumble dryer to allow the fabric to completely adhere to the clothing labels.
What fabrics can Clothing Labels be used on?
These clothing labels work best on fabrics that allow for irons, such as 100% cotton. We love to use them on school uniforms, hats, socks, underwear and towels. Do not use on nylon or dry fit fabrics.
How do I attach my Bag Tags?
- Push the plastic loop through the hole of the Bag Tag.
- Pull one end of the strap through the other end.
- Place the strap under the handle of the bag.
- Bend the Bag Tag and push it through the plastic loop.
- Pull the Bag Tag strap tight so that it’s nice and secure.
- Your Bag Tag is now ready to use.
What’s the difference between the Bag Tag & Bag Name Labels?
Bag Tag made from wood material. 1 piece/set
Bag Name Labels made from plastic with thin film coating. 3 pieces/set.
How long will they last?
We’ve tested out of our Bag Tags and Bag Name Labels on our kid’s bags and they’ve lasted for years without any fading.
How do I apply Textile Stamp?
Step 1 : Unlock textile stamp by pressing both left and right button (see video here) and stamping on a draft paper to ensure the stamp is well inked.
Step 2 : Apply to the clothes. Make sure stamped on hard and flat surface. For a more defined marker avoid coarse knitted or pile fabrics.
Step 3 : Once applied, allow the imprint ink to dry for at least 24 hours before washing.
My ink are coming off, what is happening?
Be sure to follow our recommended steps.
Can Textile Stamp be used in my washing machine and tumble dryer?
Yes and we recommend that you wait for at least 24 hours before putting the item into the washing machine or tumble dryer to allow the fabric to completely adhere to the imprint ink. For info, the stamping is perfectly legible up to 50 washings approx. at 25C.
What material can Textile Stamp be used on?
Textile Stamp work best on absorbent fabric, smooth fabric, paper, leather or synthetic leather surfaces. Please avoid coarse knitted or pile fabrics.
My Textile Stamp is run out of ink. What should I do?
No problem. Our textile stamp is refillable and reusable with replacement ink. Do take note that the ink pad lasts 1 year or about 800x impressions.
Do you have other ink color?
Unfortunately, our textile stamp is currently only available with black ink.

Will you deliver to a different delivery address as a gift?
Yes. The billing address must be the registered address for your credit/debit card but you can specify a different delivery address at the time of ordering. Please note we do offer a gift wrapping service with additional charges. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.
